To provide the best scheduling options to our clients, a notice of at least 24 hours is required to make any changes or cancellations to your appointment. Less than 24 hour notice will result in the loss of your deposit & the requirement of a new deposit for future appointments. Same day cancellations & no call no shows will result in a 100% charge of the service booked. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. If this becomes a recurring issue, your stylist has the right to refuse future service. There is a grace period of 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment time. (Waxing clients have a 7 min grace period) Should you not be seated at your stylist chair before the 10 minute mark of your scheduled appointment time, we reserve the right to shorten, cancel + charge your appointment to avoid overlapping with other clients.
